Posted 12 Nov 2015 Hi for all, I have a fx3u plc with strange behavior. it was working fine and now it is in error. this plc has a ethernet module and when I switch on the plc it stays in error and module ethernet led with name Open didn't switch on. then the plc comes in error in few seconds. the gx developer software show the error Special parmeter. have someone some opinion about that? Posted 12 Nov 2015 I already checked and I didn't see any wrong. I also swapped the ethernet module for another and the behavior is the same. If I switch on the plc without the communication module it does the startup and not stays in error. What is the error D8984? Posted 13 Nov 2015 Do you have any code in the PLC? Since you got an error even if you connect a different module I would suggest code-error in the PLC... Alternatively, try to clear the PLC (delete the code) and connect the module and see what happens. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
