GT Designer 3 color matching

I'm trying to design a screen with GT Designer 3, and I need to match a certain color with the buttons. I can't figure out a way to identify color codes inside the program. In the color palette it gives you a color code but I feel like that color code doesn't reference anything. For example color #002b36 which RGB color code is 0,43,54 how would I match that color in GT Designer. Thanks everyone.

Those color codes are shown in HEX. So 00 2B 36 is color code 0, 43, 54.
