Connecting to Remote SLC 505

Hi, I'm trying to connect to a remote SLC 505 through a Microhard IPn4G cellular modem. The PLC is connected to the modem via serial, and are to be located on site, and I want to be able to connect wirelessly on my PC to be able to upload/download/etc. I've been hunting around trying to find out how to do this for a while now and haven't had much luck. Hoping someone here might be able to help.

Do a search for a Sierra Wireless Raven and they have a "How-to" using rslinx. I will see of I can find you a link
