I am desperately seeking help. I'm currently working with an GX Works2 and trying to use an QD75P4N when i push the start button, the AX1, AX2, AX3 lights "ON" and AX4 and ERR is blinking after system diagnose it indicates the error 102 how to manage on error 102 help me guys thanks

Have you checked the (power) cables to the amplifier?

yes, i already checked, but still error occurs, even when i removed the cable going to amplifier
