  1. gx developer analog output help

    How about the RAMP instruction?
  2. Communication

On a customers laptop years ago the only way I got an SC-09 with a 232-usb converter to work consistently was to lower the baud rate in the transfer setup in GX-DEV. Is this a "3rd party" cable?
  3. Connecting Cable FX3U and GOT1000

I believe you need a GT15-RS2T4-9P This converts from 232 to 422 and gives you a female 9 pin db
  4. FX1S Use a frequency signal as start and stop

I believe the FX1S supports the SPD instruction this might be useful using Crossbow's suggestion of comparison
  5. SSCNET vs SSCNET III

Customer has a Q173CPUN (older SSCNET) with various V540 drives and FR-V5NS option cards. They now want to add a 75HP drive to the system (code is in the cpu but not yet enabled). Problem is the V500 has a 8 week lead time. The new A700 drives only have an option for SSCNET III(fiber vs hard wired). Too costly to replace all existing(large 30-100 HP) drives. Is there any means for converting SSCNET(original) to SSCNET IIII? System is using a virtual master and it is a web machine so tight control is required for this additional axis.

  11. I'm getting old! (MTA-G1)

I programmed a bunch of these back in the day(many years and laptops ago). I now have to extract a file from a MTA-G1. I believe I need SW-MTA-WIN software. I'm not sure of the cable. Will a CAB5 work? Any thoughts are appreciated.
  12. trouble with bmov command

I think you want to use indexing, ie first time move to D300 then D301, then D302...etc. I believe what you are doing is moving T0-T49 to D300-D349
  13. GT16 Multi Touch?

Ran into something similiar awhile back (memory is foggy). There is a setting in the utility screen for "Touch Mode". see attached pics
  14. Q-PLC Power Supply Grounding

I'm assuming (scared yet?) Line Ground and Frame Ground. See the attached pdf that explains an A1S power supply. I would think same applies here A1S_PowerSupply.pdf
