Siarhei, What is the subnet mask that you are using? Edit: Nevermind. I see the subnet in your original post. If the Zyxel router is setup properly to route between the two networks (192.168.8.xxx and 192.168.3.xxx) then this should work. I cannot tell by the wording of the post exactly what is going on though.
