Siemens SIMATIC TI525

Hi, I've TI525plc which is connected to AKD1400 through Access4000 card on PLC rack. My PLC is working fine only AKD1400 is not communicating with PLC. Can any one tell me is there any programming needed if I change the Access4000 card. Its showing errors 60 & 64 I don't hv clear idea about these error codes. Also how can I change the timer settings in the PLC using TISOFT (DOS VERSION), if I try to change timers it's showing illegal operation. Please guide. Thanks..
