Finally tested and working on machine thanks again!!! I Didn't register anything but as soon as I looked into the I/O table with the pro27 hand held programmer strangely everything was there. After that the 101 analog input was showing action with pressure change in the pro27 ch101. Thanks great job......

Hello! Thank you very much again for your support. After reading page 66 in the manual that you sent. I just went through the I/O table with PRO27 and then just by not doing anything else i was able to read ch101. I still haven't tested on the machine but I am quite confided that it will work. Thank you

Hi ALL I am working on a fruit squeeze machine. The machine is using a c200h cpu03. The machine was working...but after two months pause they tried to start up again and here is what is happening. Machine does everything in manual mode or in auto mode except when it needs to increase the pressure or create vacuum nothing happens. There is only one pressure sensor on the machine and I thing that there is the problem. I have tested the the sensor and it is working giving me 9 m amps at atmospheric pressure. ( this is normal I have checked... I increased the pressure and is moving so I think this is ok.) The analog input AD001 looks good but not 100% sure. Unfortunately I can only get connect with the PLC with the hand held programmer PRO27 . I am attaching you the ladder programming if someone can check and tell me. The unit number setting switch on the AD001 where should be set? The AD001 according to the program has to be placed on a specific channel on the base? or can be placed on any channel? Is there a way to see analog input with the PRO27 real time to see if the analog input is working? I have upload the ladder prog. it is made in syswin. if you can't open it please rename it to .prg and open it in syswin. Thank you very much in advance 70pcl.cxp
