Omron HMI and Mitsubishi PLC

Dear Mr/Ms, If we have 2 Omron HMI NB10 series and if have to connect and program with Mitsubishi Q/FX PLC. How can we connect them? and Program for PLC . HIM can understand which Program language in PLC mitshubishi? Everybody, Please help me!! Thanks & best regards,
