GOT error codes

Hello, I have a GT1665 the when I bring up the alarm info in the utility screen it says I have error 173: User program instruction error Machine runs but the screen response is slow, that's why I went looking in the first place. Can anyone point me to some documentation on the error codes generated by the GOT? I searched every GOT manual I can find with no luck. Thanks, Dave

I am using the utility screen on the HMI itself. It is a GT1665M.

Error codes #100 -299 are related to the connected controller.
