e1101 Terminal

Hi, Anyone works with e1101 terminals connected to SLC 5/04 thru RS232? Recently my customer asked me to change the old panelview 600 (it's now obsolete) with e1101 terminal. I have made the screens thru e-designer and uses com2 on the e1101 terminal to communicate with SLC 5/04. The problem I am facing now is the data exchange between the PLC and the terminal is extremely slow and there is an error appearing on the top left corner of the terminal which says "ERROR 10". I have tried to search the meaning for this error on the manual and on the internet but I cant find any. Can anyone help me figure out the meaning of this error. Thanks. Cheers, Jive
