E1101 HMI FIRWARE UPGRADE

Hi, i have to do a firmware upgrade of a e1101. i've been told (other forum post) that the firmware is on the Mitsubishi edesigner CD, the problem is that don't have access to it at the moment. But i do have edesigner on my laptop. Is there a download i can get? online. Also i need to know what mode the dip switches need to be in when upgrading the firmware. Thanks Stuart
