Communication between Micrologix 1400 and Omron CJ2M

Hi, I want to communication ethernet between a Micrologix 1400 and an Omron CJ2M cpu32. Both plc are already in the same network and I can see both of them. I need to be able to exchange bit from one to another. Is there any one who ever done that? Thank you

Ethernet/IP. You can do it via a tag data link which makes it cyclic, or in code from either PLC asking the other for a variable value.
