communication programme for keithley controller & fx 3G plc

can anyone please provide me how to communicate between keithley controller 2182A(nano voltmeter) and fx 3G plc.aslo the programme & instruction & parameters..ASAP using RS-232 interface? i have used the instruction as show in the attachment. Edited 28 Aug 2014 by knowledge greedy
