E 1043 HMI error message

Hi All Could someone please help. We recently installed a Mixon Gluing system It was running smoothly for a while, but today, after switching on the power, HMI started booting up and ended up displaying fs_Readnext obj Illegal OB Type Any idea what could cause that, or what that means ? Unfortuanally the supplier of the machine did not supply us with software Regards Neels

sounds like a corruption of one of the files. your only option is to get hold of the software and reload if another reboot of the machine doesn't clear the fault. you could try and download the current program using Edesigner then upload it back in, that has worked for me in the past on E700's
