Powerflex 70 Start at Powerup

Can anyone tell me how to configure a powerflex 70 to start at powerup

That sounds dangerous. I've never tried this, but I suppose you could jumper the start input(s) to be always on. That should work.

no it shouldn't work.....the controller looks at the status and should only start on a change from OFF to ON....(i hope it does).....on powerup it looks and sees that the start is high it shouldn't run. I also think its dangerous but I believe there is a parameter for restart on powerup.

We usually run the start signal through the VFD's 'Ready' relay output, so when the drive powers up and is ready it will close the start input.
