Omron PLC CP1H communicate to EM368-C meter by modbus

Dear all! I'm using the meter EM368-C to measure the energy in my factory. And i want to communicate this meter to PLC Omron CPL1H with Modbus. I am finding out how i do it. I have read the manual of the meter (attached file). That manual describe how to set the parameters for communication and address of registers. I don't know how to read the value of the registers. Do you have any document describe more detail for modbus communication? Or Do you have the sample program about modbus communication? Please help me!
