S5 flash card problem

At first we download program into internal ram of CPU928A with IM308C order number 6ES5308-3UC21 and every thing was ok with data exchange to HMI.Then we decieded use and program S5 flash card 6ES5-374-2KG21 with same CPU928A and IM308C .But in this status CPU and IM308C are ok and run without any data on HMI protools.

What is shown on the HMI - are the data fields empty, filled with "####" or read zero? What make/model HMI is used? Edited 1 Feb 2014 by Moggie

There is zero on HMI.Our HMI is PC677.

I would guess that you also programmed the DB's in the flash card then.... DB's should be loaded into DB RAM Not the flash card.

Hi, try to generate de DB with correct definition, lenght, and populate them with initial values, using OB21 and OB22. dekor.
