FESTO Bit Shift

Hi I have a Festo FPC201 ladder program that needs to be translated to an AB plc. Can someone explain what are H0,H1 and H2 and also H100, H101 etc. Are they bits or words? Also H0 is used in a SFT operation (i.e SFT H0 H), please explain how the shift occurs. I have tried without success to obtain a manual from FESTO for this PLC. Someone told me that in fact the FPC201 is a rebadged Omron product. Thanks Naushad
