pinout for group2 high density i/o's

I'm trying to find a pinout for group 2 high density I/Os. specifically C200H-ID217s/OD219s. As of yet, all I can find are pinouts for the cables and they don't really seem to say too much. From what I can figure out so far, Pins 19 and 20 a&b aren't used. Which are ground though?
