hi, I have an nt20 which has developed lines in the display. I've troubleshot the problem to the ribbon cable glued to the lcd screen. can I purchase the cable? also I need a diagram for the cable that goes between the tv001 and dsc display. buy the way jay, Is there a resolution to the clock connection problem I was having a couple of weeks ago? thanks

This is symptomatic of beginning failure in the NT20 screen. Unfortunately, Omron purchases these entire assemblies from another source and repackages them in different cases. Therefore, they will not be able to provide individual repair parts. Regarding the clock issue, the local guys haven't heard of this one, so it will need to be referred to Europe where the software is designed. Since the C200HS is officially obsolete, the priority will be low. This is all that is available on the C200H-CN225. Happy Hunting!
