Replacing Modicon 984-685 with 984-785

I've got several 984-685s still in operation with no backups should one go down. We have located a 984-785 processor for a very good price as a possible spare processor. What issues or obscure "gotchas" could I expect to see should we decided to replace a 984-685 with a 984-785?

Just browsing and found this one.. No issues at all..They are basically thr same execpt the 785 has more memory.. You still looking? I still have 2 785's and i believe 2 685's taking up space! Darrenj\
