DDE Links to Excel

Hi I have a customer with a CJ1M PLC running an asphalt plant. He would like to log some data from the PLC into an Excel spreadsheet. So far I have been able to use CX-Server to link 12 DM addresses to the spreadsheet...no problem. But, the customer would like to automatically log these values every minute, recording to a new line of the spreadsheet each time. This is beyond my spreadsheet capabilities, so do any of you have a spreadsheet example that would do this automatic logging. I assume some visual basic or macros may be required too?!? Thanks! ps: maybe this is more of a Microsoft question than a PLC question....but any help is appreciated!
