PL7-3 conversion to PL7 Pro V3.4

I have a PL7-3 program for a TSX47 which I need to convert for a 57 processor, there is a translate function available in PL7 pro which I have used before for PL7-2 programs but I can't seem to get it to work with this one. Any pointers anyone, I've attached the file but had to rename it .txt. Change it back to .bin to see if anyone else can translate it. Cheers GLOST_2.txt
