Hitachi E20HRP

I need urgently to back up three machines each containing an Hitachi E20HRP plc. Our company do not have software or programming leads. Has anyone any information on the above plc, software required and programming lead info etc. Help very much apreciated.

You may want to check this http://www.lighthouseplcs.com/support/cable_descr.html site out. Hitachi is certainly reliable, if obscure.
