wheelmouse disabled in syswin

Why can't I scroll with my wheel in SYSWIN 3.4. In other prgs it works perfectly.

I don't know anything much about SysWin, but I do know something about computers. Some mice use "web scroll" in their settings, and other use "scroll bar" scroll. Go into Control Panel, Mice, and change your scroll option from web scroll to scroll bar. See if that helps. This is especially prevalant in a Logitech Mouse using a MouseWare driver.

Syswin 3.4 is a 16-bit Windows application which was ported from Windows 3.1. It does not support the Windows 32 bit API. Please consider using CX Programmer.
