Run Time Error 3704

Hello, What is run time error 3704 operation is not allowed when the object is closed and how to solve ? I tried to install Toshiba drive tools in WinXP SP2 and disable firewall, but always error like above.

Hi desuhardi, This error is vendor/ product specific. You need to contact you local agents to resolve this issue.
