high dens. output card

I inserted 5 od219's in a c200hs backplane and recieved an "out of i/o area " error. started removing them and the error cleared at 1 od219. My docs say I should be able run 5. what am i doing wrong??? Do I need more ram?

The unit numbers need to be #0,#2,#4,#6,#8 The allocation consumes two unit numbers per module.
