processor in adapter mode

In our system plc 5/30 are used as a adapter mode with Plc 5/40 hot back up system.all field inputs & outputs card are mounted in the same rack,from here these inputs & outputs has converted in to internal signals(N..) & that are used in main plc logic,these adapters are conected with plc 5/40 through RIO,now how can i see signals mapping .as i have to add more input & output signals.i am having rslogix5

PLC 5 uses logical rack 3 for communicating with the host processor when in adapter mode so this is where to will see the info which is being sent to the host via RIO.
