FX1N + Rs View

I have a fx1n plc which I want to use with Rs View. I already have an SLC 5/04 running with Rs View and Rs Logix via DF1. So far the only solution I found is to buy an OPC server for the FX1N and use Rs view as OPC Client. I`d like to know if it is the right way to solve the problem. I have the same problem with a Delta PLC which uses MODBUS. So I think I shouls use another OPC server for Modbus too. As you can see I must use Rs View to supervise the group of PLC. Yes the right way to do this is use RSView with an OPC server. You can buy Mitsubishi's MX-OPC Server or get one from Kepware. Same goes for the Modbus one, Kepware has it or you can get one from Modicon. Of course you'll have to have enough serial ports to talk to all these devices, unless some of them are on Ethernet.
