LIR/TIR with Step 7

As you can't use either LIR or TIR commands with Step 7, does anyone know of an easy alternative in step7 to give the same results?

In S7 you have address registers AR1 and AR2. First load pointer to one of them and then use indexed addressing. Something like this: LAR1 p#M0.0 - load pointer to M area into AR1 L W[AR1,p#0.0] - load MW0 into ACCU1
