Anybody know where I can dowload electrical schematic diagram for invertor FR-E540 PCB E54GA7.5D, PCB E54CA7.5C-EC, PCB E54MA7.5C-EC.

Nowhere that I know of. Mitsubishi keeps their circuit diagrams in their repair departments and doesn't typically let them out.
