i have pchaving rslogix,now i want to see ladderetcin another pc conected with above pc through lan.

You must having RsLinx Gateway. Secondly, if your plc's are not connected on the same network ( DH+, controllnet. etc...), each plc's must having a ethernet card. If they are on the same network, only one plc must having a ethernet card.
