mitsubishi fx3u plc communicate with A700 vfd

hello guys,

plz help me,

i am using fx-3u plc with 485 bd card, and i want to communicate plc with A700 Mitsubishi VFD inverter. plc and VFD both are communicating. but i only send controlling command that change VFD frequncy and forward and reverse mode.but there is some  ERROR.it is described below ,
