BCD for 7 Segments Display

Can someone help me!

I know that we have a struction about BCD but i need the number of output is 4 for every digit but i can't find out the way to do that.

And i need BCD a number has 2 digit.

You need to inform PLC model at least so we can show to you the manual, after you read the manual and if you don’t understand you ask again
