Fx3u io slow response to activate valve

Hi Guys

I'm new to this  foum need your help.

Recently I'm facing Mitsubishi PLC FX3U io slow response to activate some valves , this happened suddenly while good operation.

We having 2 machine which running with same PLC and same program . One of those is working fine , even I tried to upload the program running good and download to those the abnormal , still sam

Need your advice  please

I would be looking at the valves and possibly air pressure if that is what is going through them.
