Beginner problem, Startup screen GT designer

How do I set the startup screen for GT designer?
Eg. Setting screen 10 as the screen to begin on when the program begins.
Also, can anyone recommend anything for me to refer to to resolve basic issues like this?

By default it will start with one but you can change this in the settings:

GOT => enviromental =>screen switching /window....

Scroll down to the other settings and select ...Specify the screen no...... and  enter 10 at the end
