Finsgateway 2003

Hello Everyone,

I need some help to setup Finsgateway 2003 on a Windows 7 Machine. I have everything setup up correctly I think but every time I run a test it comes back with another device has control and can't communicate to the CLK52 PCI card. I'm not sure what to look for on this, any help would be apricated.
