Hi everyone I want to run a machine which has used A2N cpu21 mitsubishi plc . Would you please help me to know how I can comunicate with its cpu by pc and read its programs? Is there any software to do this work and is there any free one in internet? I submit that I have worked with S5 simense PLC systems up to now and this one is first experience of mitsubishi systems. you need programming cable and software cable is SC09 and it costs some $150-200US software could be MEDOC (for DOS - can be found for free) or windows flavour like GX Developer (free for download and runs for 15 days - after that you have to spend about $1k). I never used MEDOC but GX is straight forward, go to online transfer and select port if different from Com1. That should be it.
