GE Fanuc Series One - Counter Instruction (?)

Hi everyone,

I have a pdf file with the code of a machine that I have to remake but I'm struggling with an instruction that seems to be a counter instruction. The instruction doesn't look like the typical counter instruction that I found in the GE manuals.

I attached a print of that instruction so you can see how it looks like.

Looks like the German version of the counter instruction.  Maybe someone in the forum from Europe can define the inputs and outputs for you.

The pdf with the code has all the comments in italian and the same goes for the electrical scheme, I don't know it's weird.
