OMRON CJ2M PLC via Ethernet Issue

I need some help connecting to the CJ2M-33 PLC. When i use the Ethernet/IP function i can see the PLC but the option is greyed out ? Do you guys have any suggestions ? I've attached a screenshot below:

Try connecting Ethernet FINS.

Port can run both simultaneously.
