Inquire about Factory Talk View SE

Hello,

There are some issues about FTV SE 7.0

When I reboot computer system, FTV isn't execute with error message.

Error message is " Unable to connect to the HMI server in area '/' "

So please tell me what is the reason & how to solve this problem.

* Our client computer isn't connected with Internet.

* OS version : window 7 32bit

* FTV version : SE 7.0(CPR 9 SR 6)
