I have problem to download new ptrogram CJ2M it's to check UM read Protection

You need to get the password.  If you cannot for some reason and you own the rights to the code, then you need to contact Omron to have them break the code for you.  They may ask you to sign a document stating that you do indeed own the code.  If you do not own the code and the machine builder owns the code (for example), then you will need to convince them to give it to you.
