LogixDesigner V31 - MSG Instruction

I can't reset MSG instruction out of error state 16#001f with an extended error code of 16#0000_0100 (Error processing connection related service). Can anyone tell me what can be the source for this error? Some of the devices for which I'm also using MSG instruction work ok. I can't use the task monitor tool because "the Logix 5000 Task Monitor tool does not support ControlLogix 5580 or CompactLogix 5380 controllers" and I'm using L82E PLC.

I checked the IP addresses of the devices on my network and all seems good, I power cycled the PLC with also no effect.
