Convert HMI GT1000 to GT2000

I'm trying convert HMI from GT1000 to GT2000 and have issue:

- After convert from GT2000, we can't see/keyin data for words D2000

pls check attach file for more detail./

Who have experience about this case?

I already change config that connected between PLC and HMI ==> and, it's ok.
