RSTrainer- Cant View/Print Certificates

Hi All.

I have RSTrainer Student Manager installed on my computer and im overseeing 3/4 Training Packages through it; however on completion of 1-2 Courses I am unable to generate or view a certificate, the box to click this is greyed out.

Any ideas?
