Schneider Hmi Gxo3501

We have Schneider HMI GXO3501. One of my collegue has uploaded a password in HMI and he has forgot it. Now we can't upload any things since it asks password for all.. How to recover it.?

Are there original program? If you have it you can download to HMI.

No we cannot upload any programs into it. It asks for username and password.

Maybe you use USB thumb drive to upload new project to HMI.

Is there any way to recover or reboot the HMI? 

First create runtime file on USB thumb drive as in link below.

Plug USB thumb drive on HMI GTO then go to runtime configuration and check that there are usb download or factory setting or not.

i have hmigxo3501 there is no usb option. i was tried runtime installer bt its need password for downloading program. so what can i do now?

Contact Schneider and see what options you have.  No discussions are allowed here about how to bypass passwords.

It goes over restoring the HMI to factory default settings using the runtime installer. I don't know if it will prompt you for the password or not. If so...see @Crossbow's advice above.
