Installing RSLogx 5000 V19-21

Hey group, pretty new to this so please bare with me... I trying to install RSLogix 5000 ver. 19-20.04.02... and Studio 5000 ver. 21-31.....

I installed ver. 17 with no problems. When I try to install ver. 19- ver. 31, Ii will install 3/4 of a way and freeze as it tries to install firmware for all the versions...Have to use task manager to end task and restart to installed the next version. I done reinstalled and installed numerous time and still same results. What am I doing wrong, and can I use the program if its not completely installed... Totally stump at the moment. Any advise will be greatly appreciated and thanks in advance ....
