AB Programming Cable Pinouts

Hi there. I'm trying to find a list of the pinouts to the most commonly used AB programming cables. I have been able to find a few on their website, but not all are listed. The reason is that i often use a quick tester serial switch in-line with a basic set of serial cables that can produce almost any pinout combination (provided i have the required pinout to start with). Much cheaper and more convenient when going to sites with multiple PLCs, Panelviews etc. Anyone know of such a list, or where i can obtain the pinouts?
