Hello!

 Wanted to ask if its possible to print a block/screen with E1061 to pc in a PDF? Or the only way with this one is to print directly with a printer? Haven't found any info about this, only the stuff in manuals about using only printers, thought maybe someone has any experience about this.

Download the project to the pc (if you don't already have it)

Go to print and change printer from default or whatever to a PDF printer

But does it affect the project itself? I think its more like program based when you can print out Vars and so on.

You can't print from the screen to a PDF.  The print function in the HMI is for a printer.  It's not a PC, it can't make PDFs.

As Ron_S said, you can print a screen from E-Designer.
